Joe Rincione is a Financial Advisor with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC.  He has been in the financial services industry for the past 20 years.  Joe has extensive experience in all aspects of financial planning.   His knowledge has helped individuals, families and businesses pursue their long term financial goals by providing professional advice in not only Investment Planning, but also in Estate Planning Strategies, Retirement Planning, Tax Strategies* and Insurance.  He is dedicated to providing high-quality advice and integrated wealth management solutions that simplify and enhance the quality of his clients' lives.  One of the many ways he accomplishes this is by developing individually-designed financial plans tailored to client's goals and risk tolerance.

Joe was President of Double Eagle Investments, LLC in Virginia, and independent financial firm before he joined Voya.  Before entering the advisory side of our industry, Joe was the Director of International High Speed Data Services with AT&T in Basking Ridge, NJ.  His career at AT&T is highlighted by significant leadership positions as Financial Planning, Product and Project Management, Research and Development with Bell Labs and Director of the Global Technical Support Center for AT&T Data Services.

Joe has taught Financial Planning at Pawleys Island Community Church and has led Women's Investment Clubs in the Pawleys Island/Murrells Inlet areas.

Joe is a graduate of  the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Council and has served on the Board of Directors.

He holds a degree in Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

When not in the office, you can find Joe, his wife Shari and their dog Ziggy on one of the Grand Strand's many beautiful beaches and/or golf courses.  Joe and Shari attend First Baptist Church of Murrells Inlet, SC and have taught Sunday School to the 3 – 5 year olds.
